Have you seen The Friends "No Love/Wipeout 66" that was supposed to be released at the same time on Hurd? Found an article on Ken Hurd that mentions the release...

No info on the group, but these were cut at Ultra Sonic studios in Long Island, NY. I got four acetates in total. They"re very well mixed and recorded with a couple alt. mixes. Not sure what happened between the studio and pressing plant but it couldn't have been good. Another rock n' roll dream...

Yep, I used the Vinylflat. Can't say I'm skilled as I've only used it a few times but I've had great results. Anyone using one I highly recommend buying a wall timer. My only ruined record was from leaving one in and forgetting it... :0

Probably just a case of running out of either color labels at the pressing plant. I highly doubt there was more than one run of these.
