2 great new bands: The Teamsters and Les GrisGris!

Is that the new...!!! Toerag studios. It smells like Liam at thee console. They really have a great sound.

Those grigris (is that charms or lucky charms?) are cool too. and young... More kids doing this junk ...wonderful.... that's the way it should be:).

thanks pfft

The Teamsters EP is recorded at Ranscombe Studios by Jim Riley, while their album is recorded at Gizzard Studios by Ed Deegan. I agree - great sound!

Le Grys-Grys will be debuting with a 45 on State Records soon.

The other day i was at a live show by the Les Grys-Grys, amazing, wonderful, i could imagine myself in london in 1965, jajaja.

Les Grys-Grys are fantastic! I've been playing the 45 a lot on WFMU to great response. I'm considering going to Hamburg! As far as the 45 goes, they've managed to capture the intensity of their live shows (judging from clips I've seen) in the studio, which we all know is not easy!

Their 7'' is amazing... it's been repressed 3 times (1st press black, 2nd press red, 3rd press blue) since its release.. can't wait for their album

If you like the Grys Grys (and who wouldn't?) then please consider visiting our anual Garageville weekender next March in lovely Hamburg. Next to the Grys Grys there'll be 8 other garage-bands, also including the Teamsters:

This is very tempting, i take a look at my job schedule and i finish my work the friday night, and rest the next days, i will need to talk with another worker to change my friday night shift, but is a good option.

Maybe we could have a European g45 get together? Would be great. Not too into new bands but I really enjoy A) 45s B) avid and knowledgeable fellow 45 hounds C) Sauerkraut D) Alcohol
Well I'm sure you would enjoy the Thanes , although I wouldn't call them a new band . I can't say anything about the Sauerkraut supply , but Hamburg has at least two good craftbeer breweries....

We could start with A) and D). The "knowledgeable" bit in B) would become less verifiable in the process. And I'm sure in the end you'll skip C) in favour of some herring-sandwiches. At 6h in the morning after lots of D) there's hardly anything better.

I just only wanna share this picture of a grisgris concert (before they changed their name to grys-grys) in Barcelona last july. So promoters all over the world: hide all fire extinguishers when they play.
