Acetate repair

I just got an acetate that has some cracks in the laminate. All the material is still there but there are multiple cracks. I would think there is some way to repair it. It has a studio label on it but I'm sure it's a 7" Audiodisc blank. The other side is not damaged and in good playing shape so risking damage to the other side is not an option. Calling the "acetate doctor"....is there one?

Of what it is, I'll keep quiet for now. It is from 'the Buckeye State', but it's not exactly garage.
