Al Cassero rare?

Hi all, can anyone know about how rare this 45 is? I can not find it anywhere other than old town discography.

It's not rare, maybe $40

Hi Mike, Do you anything about this guy? Where he is from. I think this is an odd label for this sound, no?

He's from Cleveland, Ohio, had two earlier 45s on the Integrity label, one of which was credited with the Crimson Hawks.
