Huh...so here's what we know: drum head says the Mark IV...brief shot of the cover of the 1st Moby Grape album so, post june 67...a guy runs into "KMBC" towards the end so, Kansas City. Don't know of 45s by a band of that name from that area...and that's pretty much it. OK for what it is, a bonafide garage band home movie, sound would of course benn nice!

This was posted to Chris' Garage Hangover site a while back. Really great footage; it's assumed it was a school project or something along those lines...
