It's the unexpected return of Caped Crusader Records, the first label dedicated exclusively to releasing unissued (in the day) 1960s teenbeat winners. Active from 1986 to 1995 and dormant since the DIRTY WURDS demo dropped (and promptly flopped) in '95, the Ductile Detective shuttered the Bat Signal and
retreated to the Bat Cave, reportedly to study to become a master of TM (or so the rumor mill says...).
Well, now comes Boy Wonder Records, picking up the Caped Crusader's mantle and running with it in the 21st century. Exact same mission as previous,
100% legal releases with cooperation from the artists themselves, featuring picture sleeves and detailed historical liner notes + the best sound quality to
be had. Here's the first BW release, direct from the original master tapes, by the Rip Roarin' RED DOGS:
