It's awesome, is it really '60s? "Love is something that can't be bought, something sweet and something rotten" ... great screams and sound but this is the b-side?! Timing I:56?! Echo is a little too clean for an acetate.

It's possible. Sounds like a different group from Golden Voice, but a couple years would make a difference. Other videos this person uploads are from eastern IA or west IL.

Even if it's fake, it's nice to imagine another 5-10 years of great garage sounds without Hendrix/Cream etc influence.
