This was an outdoor festival on Mount Tamalpais across the bay from SF, one week before Monterey Pop.

Someone posted this excellent silent footage of the Seeds, Country Joe & Fish, the Airplane, PF Sloan and the Byrds

That's pretty damn neat! And poor Seeds looks totally out of place in their colorful little renaissance elf outfits.
