Gordian Knot CD on Rev-Ola

Does anyone have the Gordian Knot CD on Rev-Ola? I'm interested in the liner notes, especially discussion about the early days of the band. The CD is on ebay/discogs for $75 which is far out of my price range. Good photos or scans of any of the notes would be appreciated.
