Habibi - The World ain't Round it's Square

Habibi is not an Iranian-American group.
That comment implies the heritage of the entire group as such.
The lead singer qualifies, but the other ladies are not Iranian-American.

I have all of their recent releases. I've seen them perform, they are fantastic.
Their Cardamon Garden disc, a two 45rpm ep set from Feb. 201, is my favorite of all. It features a reworked version of "Green Fuz".

Not so hard. I've had their new LP (vinyl) for a few weeks now and love it. Thanks to all above for turning me on to this great little group

I highly recommended the LP by Roya, which also features Rahill Jamalifard on lead vocals. I actually prefer it to either Habibi LPs, even though those are really good, too.

I concur with Mike in that the Cardomon Garden EP is my favorite release by either group.
