Can anyone shed some light on a promo 13th Floor Elevators 45 I have?
It's Fire Engine/Reverbaration. Run out grooves on FE read IA-2009 111-B R693
On Rev IA-2004 111-A R-666

2 different labels

Looks like a printing error, not uncommon in those days.
The color ink and logo was overlayed onto the white background for the promos, the stock copy pressings had the yellow and green combination.
