There's a tune on a 7" by Danny & The Darleans from 2012 (Dan Kroha's group, from Gories, Demolition Doll Rods etc.) called "Don't Ask The Question" credited to a "Powell".
Does anyone of you know if it is a cover of some known track? Or know/have contact info to Kroha?

The thing is that I have an uncredited 7" test pressing here that appears to be from the 1960's with a female vocal r&b version of it. I'm trying to find out who it might be or where Dan Kroha found out about the tune. I'll be auctioning the 7" and don't want to misrepresent it.
