always thought Beatles' I Don't Want to Spoil the Party was quite similar to D. Mclinton/Rondells' If you Really Want me To I'll Go but the first song is form '64 and the 2nd one from '65... weird thing is that Doug Sahm sings some of the 1st verse of Spoil the party on his cover of If You Really Want me To (Mendocino)...
