on this group and their most probably sole 45 "Think love", BBTH guesses they might have been fom FL, TBM says the hailed from NJ, whereas my pal Skip found this hint: "Originally a blues/rock band, LIRR was from Westbury, NY. It was managed by industry veterans Don Dellair and Tommy Wonder whose roster also included Carmen Cavallero, Hildegard, Barbara Williams and Art Fleming of Jeopardy fame. Among their other clients was composer Gladys Shelley. Although the band had its own catalog of original songs, Mssrs. Dellair and Wonder insisted that the single and flip side be chosen from Ms. Shelley's catalog. LIRR was their first foray into the "youth" market. The band broke up early on when the drummer quit and the bass player moved to California (to the heartbreak of the band's female fansbase). It is known that several members still play today. A reunion has been rumored but nothing has been set as of this date."
Also, Atilla & te Huns - Mojo Cools / My Name's Big Daddy: TBM says from WA whilst Rate your Music says WI
Could anyone shed some light?

As a note, TBM has NJ based upon the record itself (I believe Mike go tthe info from my copy). The label, Air Conditioned Igloo Records, has an address in Fort Lee.
Both sides list Wonder and Dellair as producers; songs, as above, credited to Shelley.
