Love's 5th single, Hey Joe / Que Vida just sold for over $350 in VG+ shape.

It was released in March '67 to fill a gap during the painfully-long wait between Da Capo and Forever Changes. Their only release in 1967. Is this as rare as the price reflects? That's more than twice as much as even mr. funk was once asking. Only stock copies, with some stock labels stamped "Promotional", no white label versions, is that correct?
How about their 3rd single, Stephanie Knows Who / Orange Skies (Elektra 45608) which Wikipedia characterizes as withdrawn but Discogs shows a stock copy? Doesn't seem to be as rare as the Hey Joe 45.
Their 7th "Your Mind and We Belong Together" isn't easy to find but not exactly rare. Great single.
