Grabbed this while digging through a walk-in freezer in the back of an old hamburger stand a few weeks back.



Not real good, but it has what Don Julio once termed "local charm". The break gives away a late 60s or early 70s recording date imo, but the rest of the song has a garagey sorta feel with a rural atmosphere. Date? Location? Wanna saw that everything else I've seen on Comet has been country, but maybe I'm thinking of the Wizard label which has a similar design.
 
The PRP master number indicates a release date of mid 1972 to mid 1973. Haven't narrowed down the exact month from research at this point in time.
There are other rock releases on this label. none that standout from mediocrity, however.
