Moving Sidewalks- March 30, 2013

$70 - ouch. I think Billy G could pull it off with a little persuasion. Not like he's been playing jazz for 40 years and lost his edge. Reunited Texas bands always seen to have one foot in the roadhouse boogie blues and can't get away from it.

This is a Cavestomp! event, probably in tandem with another production company, there based outta NYC they promote shows and parties with bands and dj's on various venues and bars in New York. They did a fest with The Sonics, Alarm Clocks back in 2007 cant remember who else played that show...

It's a good reason to hit NYC. As long you don't expect them to sound exactly like the record, there's no reason why you shouldn't have a good time.

well Billy Gibbons says they sound as good as in the 60's. to me is a bit pricey. But i'll hang around for the dj parties to follow!

I'm still on the fence about it. I like the first 2 singles but I was never that crazy about the "Flash" album. It was too "heavy rock" for my tastes. And $65 is a lot of money.

If i lived in New York, i definitely would go, expensive but...
The last week i was in leon, at the purple weekend, and the main event was Roky Erickson, a very good sounding supporting band, he forgotten lyrics but the show was very emotional, roky smiling on stage, i´m glad he can playing and touring outside Usa.
