Next saturday we organize the 2nd party of our new 60's Club to promote garage scene in Barcelona. Finest 60's Punk, Freakbeat, Beat and cool R&B with Top Dj's.

If you have to prepare any trip to Barcelona again we are going to organize the Club every 3rd saturday of pair months (february, April, june, August, October and December).

USA to Barcelona is too far (unless you want a guest DJ who needs a British Passport brought to leave the country...) but I loved the place so much. I cried everyday I think; kids playing football/soccer in a medieval square with Nuns, Gaudi lying in that unfinished cathedral just waiting for it's completion, the anti-nazi olympic games held there, Miro's Museum, Picasso's Museum, The Catalans, The Flea Markets, The Tiki Bar with smoking drinks.... such a wonderful city.

Good luck with your club Barcelona deserves it.

Well, first I want to apologize for my english, and I agree with the beauty of Barcelona, cool places and good record shops. Unfortunately for a garage-ist is not the best place for living. 90s was great becasue there was too much bands, and some concerts and allnighters every week, but now with some friends we are trying to recover the bright of the garage/psych/beat scene. Unfortunately some of garage revival bands that still plays like Cynics, fleshtones when plays in a tour in Spain, never comes to Barcelona because for them is not profitable.

Initiatives like this Club or a 60's weekender we organize in september we are recovering part of this scene.
