After two very expensive US-editions including best of LPs that no fan needed, there's now a very reasonably priced 3rd edition of the Dead Moon book:

The 320 pages deal extensively with Fred Cole's musical past, covering The Lords, Weeds, Lollipop Shoppe all the way through Zipper, Torpedoes, Rat$ etc. up to Dead Moon, both visually and with extensive interviews.
It doesn't have everything (these two Wild Weeds fotos and the poster below aren't in) but it's as detailed as I had hoped for. It's also been expended by 20 pages with new fotos and data and an additional interview, so you get a better book for less.
