there used to be a copy up on the bay, i think craig moerer had it for 25 bucks, but it was pretty beat up. dont know if its still up there.

A seller down south somewhere had quantity of this. Been awhile since I´ve seen it listed. Moerer had no quantity as far as I am aware.
Moerer did send out catalogues at uneven intervals but you didn´t miss much.
