April, 1967 TV special with good footage of the Who at 4:40, short interviews with Mary Quant, Margaret Forster (author of Georgy Girl), Jean Shrimpton, and publisher Gareth Powell.
Great animation from Harold Mack. Short clip of a band in a London club at about 10:20 in.
My facebook pal Jonas turned up an old news item on the Texas band Oedipus and the Mothers that listed a CBS TV special "Texas vs. England", which he found was actually titled "If You're Appalled at my Texas, I'm Bewildered by your England".
Oedipus and the Mothers appear very briefly at a frat party about 30 minutes in, playing a slow song.
Dan Rather and David Dimbleby offer hilariously uptight (and condescending) commentary throughout.
Could only find this on Russian social media but there's no need to log in or register to view the video: https://m.ok.ru/video/1315573467695
