Does anyone know how to access the location of an internet website whose webpage(s) have no official or published contact information? Perhaps there is a way to discern a clue or two by reading the programming code?

I'm talking about websites that offer free downloads of media, but do not display any other information, other than to allow comments from the entitlement generation.

I had that problem the other day trying to find out why my AudioPal stopped working. I did a google search on AudioPal and found a link that gave me a phone number and email. But I'm sure you already tried that? ;)

Yes, I've been dealing with this for years. It's usually not as simple as finding a single IP address and blocking it. Contact me with some more info on the site and I'll try to help.
