RECORD DOCTOR VI vacuum record cleaning machine

Anybody ever used one of these? The seller (decibel Hi Fi) is suggesting an adaptation to make it work for 45s. I am not entirely sure what he is on about. Any commentrs appreciated as I am thinking of getting one while it is free postage

This pretty much looks like the basic Nitty Gritty machine . I had one of those about two decades ago , it worked okay but everything has to be done manually . I'd guess the adaptation for 45's would be to make the opening of the suction slot smaller .
