So, rather than thread jack on the Mono cart conversation, figured I should start a new one.
I have my Mono Cart currently in a Rek-O-Kut K33H turntable that I like, but by design it only plays at 33RPM. Obviously I would like it to play 45s!
There are mods available that replace the motor and add a control panel to give you option to play like 6 different speeds, but those are $300 or so and what I want is just a machined piece of metal that would fit over the motor spindle to make it 45 instead of 33. Guessing some clever person has already done the math (to figure how big it would need to be) and created such a thing. Anybody know where I would find said aftermarket piece?
