Sorry to hear, a spin of Sorry will barely serve to assuage the sting of this particular loss. Marcus Hook will never again roll as once it did.

This news affected me pretty badly. But it brought back a lot of great memories, mostly from when I was 9 or 10 years old. What a fantastic band, one of the top 3 of the '60s, for me.

Awful news. I find this a huge shock in that we knew Malcolm was ill. I guess we have to wait and find out what happened. A huge talent.

Have never tried Australian DVDs... would they play on either my NTSC Region 1 or PAL Region 2 players? A lot of great clips in the first part of that Blood + Thunder documentary two parter.

I think the first trade I made on the old Garage Punk site was for a set of Easybeats albums.

His death is going to be eclipsed by Fats Domino's with most people and press unfortunately, and they are both equally important and influential.

Sydney developers have apologised for the demolition of the historic childhood home of AC/DC's Angus and Malcolm Young.

"mistakenly" / "accidentally" - believe me, no developer demolishes a site without knowing its history. This is definitely "purposefully"
