Rockin' Continentals "Cobra 289" on Casino

Can someone please dig out an original copy of the Rockin' Continentals "Cobra 289" on Casino and tell me the deadwax markings? Or conversely, whatever's etched into the repro deadwax?

The copy offered on ebay recently looked like a bootleg/repro.

They look very much alike, but the font is different - most noticeably on the capital "C" of "COBRA"

Deadwax on what should be the original is etched with "Casino" the 2AFM number, the time of each side, and SJW with the same four digit # for each side. Also what looks like "MR" but squeezed together.

Pressing also has about an 1/8" flat indentation along the center hole as well as the bevel approx. 1/2" from the hole's edge.

Can anyone confirm these indications?
