Hello G45 community

I have a quick question regarding a certain 45 / group.

I've always been a little confused when it came to the group "Roy & The Bristols". I remember first hearing this group on the "Essential Pebbles" CD back in the day when I was still fresh to the whole 60's garage thang. But a few years ago on the old garagepunk.com forums, there was a private comp goin' around called "Extraterrestrial Sojourn" that featured this group. Only thing is - it was a different song from the one on Pebbles, and in all honestly, sounds a like a totally different band. I guess my question is: Which of these tunes is from the actual 45 shown below? Is the song from Pebbles even Roy & The Bristols, or was it just one of their famous typo / errors? The 2nd song actually mentions the title in the lyrics, so I'm guessing that's the song on the 45?

The essential Pebbles track was listed incorrectly. The track plays "What You've shown" by the Symbols.
The Roy & the Bristols track sounds lousy - it suffers from being "sped up", usually the cause is from using a cassette tape source as a master that is also a multi-generation dub (not a direct copy from the 45).
