Is it the third reported copy of this w/ sleeve?

Unless my guess is way off, it would have gone to a picture sleeve / insert collector from MA, who sometimes operates via Facebook and is not afraid to offer big prices to get his wants. I believe he had virtually every US 60s garage picture sleeve except the Skeptics and maybe a small handful of others which are impossible to find.

But I guess it could have gone anywhere if it was a buy-it-now item.
