I made my work get in a copy of The Long Brothers 45 on Jubilee at my job, (WV Music Hall of Fame, that are from Wheeling WV). I noticed the brothers/sisters - L. Lubawy D. Lubawy wrote the a side song.

I have a personal copy of Stacy's 5th 45 (from a antiques store in WV) which is the previous 45 on the label written by same people.

Could these actually be the same band?

and could Stacy's 5th be another WV band.?

Stacy's Fifth - Quote is direct from the book, Sounds From The Woods - Pennsylvania rock Bands On Record discography by Mike Kuzmin:

"Made several appearances on television under their original name, the Cavaliers.
It was the people at Jubilee (Records) who decided the name of the band would be changed to Stacy's Fifth to play off the the female member of the group. The girl's name was Debbie, not Stacy.. Before beginning a short tour of New York and Ohio, a number of recordings were made for (an LP). Plans to finish the LP were dropped when the guitarist unexpectedly announced he was leaving the group to get married
..."

The group couldn't find an acceptable replacement, so the planned LP was cancelled. The Lubaway brothers were often called to write material for other Jubille label acts, the Long Brothers included.
