Bishops - Beggin' on Ralston. This was slated for Back From The Grave allegedly, but never appeared
for some reason. You can hear MopTopMike play and discuss the record here:

It's a killer bluesy garage blaster.
It has only been sold ONCE on Ebay (as an unknown)
The mastermind Bob Hill has a few unplayed mint copies for sale. What would be the going rate
för this one? 500 made.
If this makes BFTG it'll be rather expensive. ;)

My guess is it has more to do with the exact number of copies of the 500 pressed equates to the "a few" that he has for sale, and how he goes about selling em. Throwing a quantity of unplayed copies for a Buy It Now sale on eBay will not make it look scarce, and people will equate the one time on popsike to it only making it above $20 that one time - On the flip side, if he has 3 copies and wants to keep one for his own collection, and is willing to sell the other two, from the sound I would guess it would probably crack $100 or so...
Additional info as to where the rest of the 500 went might change that number a lot (like if they "sold 23 at the high school dance when first pressed and then a house fire in the 1970's claimed 475 of the unsold remnants" - not that I am suggesting you manufacture such a story if there is not one to be told by the guy from the band)
