This one is G+ on both. I would mention that the recording is not of high quality to begin with and that it plays with noise. That said the music is stuff clean and the labels are clean.

My suggestion is to place it in the Set Sale supermarket section here on G45 and take offers via private message (Conversation). People on here who collect are trustworthy and knowledgeable. Any deal can be made between you and an interested buyer.
Otherwise, putting it up for bid / sale on ebay with a low starting bid of, say, $19.99 is the best way to encourage bidding and a potential sale, especially since the record is of low grade.

It seems to be missing the picture sleeve. Even so it is extremely rare.
I would suggest a value of $400-$500. That's roughly what the G45 Oracle says (without a copy of TBM handy for the exact garage-meter scores). It would be much higher if the grade was vg or better.

In my opinion hardly any '60s garage 45 is worth more than $750 in g+ condition, even the top 10 items. However some people seem to be willing to pay top dollar regardless of condition. Which is nuts.

I'd make an exception for something that looks g+ but plays near mint. Such 45s do exist.

If you can, put up a full sound file so people can hear what they're getting. If it does sound decent, you'll get a high price for it I'm sure.
