The Creations acetate (NJ?)

Yeah...I was watching this one myself and was disappointed to see that the auction ended early.
 
Hertz acetates usually totally crude sound - really poor recording quality. I've heard three Hertz acetates - by the Viscanes, the Say-Heys and the Sportsmen.
 
Cool! Though I suddenly noticed it's not graded. No grading, no soundclip. Risky business! It's best you all refrain from bidding.:D
 
I bet 'Outcast' is a cover of The Animals cover of the Eddie & Ernie song. Flip title sounds quite promising
 
Two more acetates from The Creations up now, all different songs. If "Set me free" is the Kinks song, this looks very interesting. Sincerely hope the winner is someone with re-issue intentions in mind!

After a quicky search on eBay I see he was the winner of the Sloths without PS btw.
 
I asked the seller if he could put a soundclip up and he said he wasn't able to. None of the Hertz recordings I've heard are killer by any means. It's possible you'd be bidding on really lo-fi junk!
 
Well, at least the acetate stayed in the US. Perhaps increasing the chances of someone else actually hearing this. Don't think T is on here though?
 
The Caveman is Jacopo (G*ttardo?) Crazed Italian collector who's bidding tactics and wack emails to competing bidders are quite entertaining. Just ask Bosshoss, I seem to recall they've exchanged niceties.

He is particularly fond of acetates. Must have quite the collection by now.
