This was released on a regular 45, which is in TBM. The panel gave it a 4, as do I. Interestingly, it is the b side of the 45. The promo sheet that came with my copy of the 45 pushs the aside and doen't even mention "I Don't Know". The panel gave the a side a 3, I give it a 2.

I've read far too many horrid promo sheets over the years, some I even wrote myself, but this must by far be the worst. Hollow hyperbole without a single piece of information. Amazing to see that Mr Picone still enjoyed a successful career. From Billboard 11/71:

Phil's idea of a "long term contract" appears quite generous; two 7"'s and a one sided flexi.
I'm glad that Phil wasn't on the grading panel with TBM. Seems like the rest of us mostly agree that "Fire and Flood" was the weaker of the two.
 
My promo is a white one. At least it has a release date on it, I hope ;)
