The Glass Sun were among the finest of Mi.'s psych punk bands...and they still are! listen to the great music in the vid for 'For Another Gril', this thing is brutalizing! i really am in awe here, very few of these groups manage to stay this wyld, it totally sounds just like the stuff they were doin on Sound Patterns in the 60s:

Both Sound Patterns 45 came out in the early '70s.
1971 for the 1st, 1972 for the 2nd

right MTM, wasn't really thinkin when i posted that - i had just read a little of the history they had on thier myspace profile and it mentioned that this song in the vid was made in from the 60s (dont know if it was ever released, but it might be on that self released download these guys did recently reissuing all their stuff plus old unreleased material).... still, a great band, if all their current stuff is like this, quality-wise i'd put'em right up there with much of Fred Cole's contemporary stuff, and they're certainly better than any of the current crop of young 60's/early 70's wanna-be's, imho.

I certainly thought they were 60s 45's when I bought em way back when , sold off a long time ago mores the pity but I see from my old list that the 2nd one came with a picture sleeve , probably pretty shy now .
