The Marauders - Nightmare B/W Lovin' (Lee Record Label)

Many years ago my best friend in high school Michael Venn's parents were moving back to Michigan (Saginaw to be exact) and they offered me a box of vinyl. As you might expect they were mostly common LP's but there were several 45's. The LP's ended up being donated but one 7'' (there were actually two copies) with a blue label caught my eye. The band was the The Marauders recorded this wax in record label from Lansing Michigan and there was a hand written note to Gerry (my friend's dad) from Denny so I kept it, brought it home dropped a needle on it and was treated to one of the best moody garage janglers. Sadly I had to part with it at auction since it was 2008 and the sub-prime mortgage market collapsed and everything with it. I sold an enormous lot of 45's (above mentioned included) and I've been kicking myself ever since. Especially I got foreclosed anyhow.

Turns out.......Denny (my best friend) is his nephew!
