The Spectres (pre-Status Quo) recordings restored?

Several unreleased Spectres recordings has been officially reissued before but not the punkish acetate "Love In Vain" up to now.
The "Riot Of The Amphetamine Generation" tranfer from the acetate sounds pretty rough. The song has just been included in an apparently official 5CD box, "Status Quo - The Early Years 1966-69". Does anyone owns it and could tell if it sounds better? Maybe they found the tapes?
