Unknown acetate? Tape?

Any info on a band called Riff Raff who cut two songs: 'Building 99' and 'I'll Go With Her'?
I assume this is from an acetate but I couldn't find any picture of it. Anyone owns it?

'I'll Go With Her' is the upbeat side, with a nice organ and solo! Unfortunately it was deleted from Yt recently so I've shared it here:

Both sides are great! It definitely must be an acetate. But I have no idea where it lives.
I would rate "I'll Go With Her" at 6.5 on the garage-o-meter. Building 99 might be worth a 5.5 rating.

Glad you like! It was in my hard disk for several years and I've always wondered where it was from. I suspect it might have been taken from an Ebay auction but not 100% sure

‘Building 99’ was rated a 3.7 in TBM. “I’ll Go With Her’ is unrated. I’d give it a 5.
