60's Teen Be..., er, i mean, Noise Mayhem l.p. on RPC (?)

Drawing a huge blank here, whats the name that l.p. on RPC that has school kids playing electronic noise-music? it's definitely one of those 'class project' l.p.'s and it's from '67 or '68 and FMU's Beware The Blog featured it. There's also an illegal(?) re. of it floatin around on cd or cdr. i'm almost positive its from Jersey or somewhere else in the northeast US

Any info would be crucial. i cant seem to find the name/description of the alb in any of the various RPC dicogs. The last and first time i saw the cd re. of this it was at the True Vine record store in Maryland, USA

By the way, the "reissue" only has half of the original LP, along with some tracks from other sources. Of course, none of that is mentioned on the cover, which is an exact repro of the original RPC cover. Reminds me of that Gents/Best split LP.
