acetates and tapes from the Werps producer.

Someone has a collection of acetates and tapes from Geno Viscione, who produced the Werps. Half of the list below are 15 ips tapes, half are acetates, I'm not sure which exactly though I know Voodoo Doll listed here is on tape, not acetate. Most of the list looks very pop.

I don't have a player for that speed. He wants to sell them but he also wants to know the quality of what's on them before he does. I'd go to check them out but he lives over three hours drive from me in NJ, and I'm not confident there's enough good music to bother with these.

Has he contacted anyone else here?

I don't have one in my house, but a studio I work with has one. I'd be happy to help you transfer any of those at no cost. There's an unreleased Werps song, and I can vouch for the Jagged Edge. I'd be interested enough to assist in any way. No cost to you or him.

I can send you sound files of the Jagged Edge acetate so you can judge whether the rest is worth the gamble.
