For the bystanders from the wrong continents: What was the A-town action like this year? Low-hanging trousers on the motel pavement? Collections being flogged on seedy beds? Les Harris with mock-up moustache scanning the aisles on saturday? Through the roof prices? Bargains found? New discoveries/quantities? People need to know!

The show itself was rather dull for finding good 45s. Most of the buying / selling / trading activity took place mid-week between fellow collectors. Still rather subdued as compared to past shows. I saw a signed by the band copy of "Optical Sound" (red label) sell for $2500 (!). Some biggies purchased for mega-bucks: Gentlemen (Vandan); Thunderbirds (Century Custom), Inferno (Plastik). Spotted a Last Knight on Orlyn, not sure if it sold.
