I won those on Ebay recently. They were part of a batch of acetates sold from New Orleans, featuring mostly UK bands. I think they were sent to Gil Music Corp based in the US in Van Nuys, California for a possible US release.
No artist listed on these ones, so any info is welcome! I made my own search but could find nothing. The two acetates are single-sided and most probably by different bands.

"She Should Care" is penned by Ken Sonenberg who was a member of The Savages that had a 45 on Red Fox (one of the sides on that one is penned by him as well and published by Gil Music).

"She Should Care" is great and actually sounds quite a bit like The Savages to my ears.

I do not think Sonenberg was a member of the Savages. He was older. He resided in NYC. Probably a freelance songwriter as he wrote numerous tunes.

I just took the info on Discogs as gospel (which I know I shouldn't!):

The Savages (3)
Great Neck, New York
Members: Ken Sonnenberg, Neil Portnow, Rick Lazes.

Neil Portnow's Wikipedia entry mentions The Savages at least:

What I found is that the Savages were Jeff Morris, Ken Sonenberg, Neil Portnow and Rick Lazes.
What is sure is that Ken Sonenberg produced the single on Red Fox so he did more than just writing the song.

"The connection between Sonenberg and Morris goes back the furthest, playing together in the 60’s in their high school band, The Savages, who were the big attraction at The Oriental Zest Discoteque in what was then known as the Great Neck Plaza Shopping Center."
