I think it's incredible. I would probably normally go for an 8, although I sometimes think there should actually be more 9's and 10's. So with that in mind I might give it a 9.

The dreamy flip is ok but a bit too lightweight for my taste. I give it a 5 (barely).

Great! I give "Who Can It Be" 5 and Politician's war 6.
"Who Can It Be" was on the way to a 6, but the extended breaks and solos got a bit tedious. Still, a very original and interesting track.
