Just recently completed a two-part series of articles on 7"s released by the Baltimore based Dome/Wedge record labels. This mostly covers garage/teenbeat stuff, but a few lo-fi discs by pre-Beatle rockers and "outsider" music artists get hyped here too:

Part 1 - https://www.splicetoday.com/music/dome-spikes

Part 2 - https://www.splicetoday.com/music/ripe-rotten-apples

A note on one thing mentioned in part 2 - so just to be clear, i trust most sources that list the Summer's Misfits 45 on Dome as being pressed in '66, but can anyone else refute or prove that the actual release date for that disc was 1968?

This is what a band member says was the date of the record's release, but other than his word i've never seen this mentioned anywhere as a '68 release
