BFTG 9, 10 and 11(!)

I like the Volume 9 artwork the best. It's a continuation of the themes of Volumes 7 and 8, but instead of boxes of crack and prozac, the "victims" are now all clutching iPhones.

seems unfortunately that vol.11 is now shelved, with only vol.9 and 10 planned for release. But as things change quite quickly with Crypt, you never know :)

Tracks that were deemed not worthy of BFTG inclusion have been weeded out resulting in a new tracklisting for # 9 + # 10 . I think the resulting songflow is very good and only one track was a bit "weak" in my opinion . The tracks that didn't make it will see the light on GPU or TS .

Isn't TS being turned into Teenbeat Mayhem?

Looks like the Teenbeat Mayhem comps have became "Last of the Garage Punk Unknonws" in the meantime, with 7 volumes in the pipeline.

Awesome, but I'm kinda surprised by the many "overlaps". Hardcores know half of these from other comps.

But I'm glad they're gathered in a better enviroment.

ah, so that's it: the "hardcores" who were NOT around when softcores like me were buying the 45s for $12, AND, simultaneously, PAYING the bands (NOT like YOU), that yer inner circle of "hardcores" buy for muy inflated prices: they're the ones that can turn their noses up when 35% of the new BFTG material is already charted (via some CRAP comp like Digging For Gold/etc)? 25% of the first 7 Graves were REPEATS of tracks on shit comps without the band's story/with shit fidelity. give a LISTEN to Highs In The Mid 60s Ohio's utterly SHIT sound on It's Them and then go spend yr endless buckets o' quid on an OG copy, and NOT get the story. what makes yr snobbiness better than the arrogant "free music" stance of the downloaders? the snobbiness of the few far UNDERweighs the fanboys. i'll stand by the fanboys/gals. whatever. i'll step out. but YOU did NOT contact/interview/pay the bands.

don't let 'em get to ya H Dub. I'm glad your remastering a lot of them so I can get rid of those crappy sounding boots:tiphat:

"You"?
Are you confusing me with that Aussie panhandler, who put out no soul shitty CD garage comps for years?

were buying the 45s for $12

Good for you. Are you barking at the right tree here?
