BFTG 9, 10 and 11(!)

I'm skint at the moment, or at least I will be if I've won the BIDS I sent on Barry Wickham's latest auction that ended on Monday. I'll have to wait until January now before ordering.

Looking forward to this...Mother's Tin Moustache!

There's not a single "filler" to be found in 30 tracks! I've been blasting my CD for a week or two now and have a few firm faves...

#1 The Turncoats-Something Better. Even after at least 50+ listens, I'm still getting amped the second the drums kick in...

#2 The Four-69. As with the above mentioned tune...it's all in the drums for me. Can't go wrong with a ripping Kinks style riff. Ever.

#3 South Soul-Lost. The best part of the Grave series for me are the tracks that stick out and have they're own unique style. It fits the theme, but makes for a nice change up.

still can't wait to hear how tim cleaned up the acetate i supplied for this. having not seen a completed copy yet, does anyone know how many (if any?) of these songs are from michigan on these installments?

I didn't see any from Michigan bands

i'm glad that the covers of #10 and #11 were switched. ditching the (original) #11 cover would have been a bummer, it's my fave of the series. the now shelved one was cool, but the weakest of the new bunch. thumbs up!!
