:sunny: Hear ye, Hear ye! Due to the superlative tracking skills of G45 members, records marked with "********" are no longer required, as I have purchased them from mr. things to come, mr. Jeffers66, and mr. eleelandc. Thanks guys, :tiphat:

That Mods 45 on Knight used to be around, but hardly ever turns up in M- shape.
My Nation Rocking Shadows/ps went away in a trade way back in the 20th Century.

I'm pretty sure that no copies of the BOBBIES 45 on Ikon have ever turned up. The guys live near me and they said 100 were pressed and that they all have a copy but none of them can find theirs. Another 45 on Ikon that has never turned up (I think) is the SONS OF SOUND I'm Coming Home.

Exquisite list, a delight to ponder.

Has a Sands turned hands in recollective memory ?

Following on, presumptively presuming it not too impolitic to ask, might the acquisition of the mighty Peabody Hermitage serve to fine tune yr' Tennalaga collection to completion?

You could say that. But remembering there are only 3 Tennalaga's worth collecting.

I would quite like to complete the USA TBM Top 1000 (excluding acetates) as depicted in the color scans at the back of TBM. To achieve this I would need to find 7 discs (see below). Probably I'll never get there but I don't care. In a way it's a random selection and in my personal top 1000 other 45s could take their place, such as the Quinstrells. I prefer nearly any 45 in the top 2000 to the Next Step second 45 for example. I like the Next Step, but there are so many great USA 45s...
Likewise the 27 acetates in the Top 1000, some of them are owned by ex-band members and will never change hands in my lifetime. I do own more than half of them. Not some of the ones I like best though...

Jazzmasters (#990),
Zoo (#927/#712),
End Result (#835),
Next Step (#705)
Sands (#692)
Blue & The Gray(#534)
Peabody Hermitage (#245/#448)

Just did a double check on Popsike and the two copies I've seen on ebay last year really seem to be the only ones for sale . Both g+ and I remember from soundfiles Pascal posted that his copy was pretty noisy....

For such a uncommon title (and presumably a small press run) it's crazy that Capri bothered printing both stock and DJ labels.

Yes. I guess some completists will be compelled to try to collect both? :yikes:
This is just a guess, but copies of this may have been destroyed when it became apparent that it's a blatant rip-off of Pushin' Too Hard. Perhaps fearing a lawsuit?

And Rivers of Hate should/is in your top 100?

And Rivers of Hate should/is in your top 100?
It could be on any random day. Definitely in my top 500 all the time. In my top 25 moody garage monsters all the time. I tend to go for uplifting tunes most days. "The blood red sun cremates my brain" isn't always what I'm looking for.
The Stooges should have done something like this on their first LP, instead of "We Will Fall".

Pretty sure the Unknowns disc on Boddie is a one-of-a-kind acetate disc, can someone verify otherwise?

Recently scored a copy of the Rogues on Sur-Speed in tip-top shape, no picture sleeve with it tho.
You are correct about the Unknowns. It is a 6 song Boddie Acetate. Thier are 2 known copies. One I own and one my brother ownes..lol

If it helps re prices picked up a M- Vigilantes a year or 2 ago but price was higher than yours here, like everyone am sure see loads on the label, esp the “rare” (ie it’s really not) soul one, but that’s the first time had one of those available
