Calling all Font Geeks 'n' Experts

A good friend of mine who is one of the honchos behind the awesome / essential Radio Station Charts / Surveys archive ARSA asked me if I could help in finding out the name of this font, as depicted in the song title / artist / ranking number portion of these survey examples.

Obviously, the font was from a certain brand / model of a manual typewriter, but we were wondering if a font exists which duplicates the keystroke font from the typewriter (which we have not been able to identify). This font is not the same as the standard typewriter font (used in the larger print on the advertising portion / right-hand side of the survey.

if anyone could recommend a good font which would have been used on band cards back in the day.... I am still considering making 200 band cards to put in 220 of the 500 copies of my next album out next year.
