Any longer infos/contacts with these guys yet? That this record hasn't become a legend
in Keggs/Alarm Clocks class is unbelievable.

I know where to find a member of this band. I'm not sure he actually played on the record he seemed to have completely forgotten about it. They were from Missouri.

Yep, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Contacted one member in the late 90s, according to him, none of the members had any copies of the 45.
I agree with the results of the TBM cabinet guys - Cholos is not quite in the same league / higher stratosphere occupied by the Alarm Clocks or Keggs 45s.

Thanks - I remembered something about a Fort in there. I met the guy by accident, he mentioned something about being in bands in the 1960s and it went from there.

i dont get the alarm clocks worship. i like simplicity but its plodding and lacks guitar. i think last laugh is as good as the alarm clocks single, but nowhere near the keggs.

I'm not so hot about Yeah, but No Reason To Complain...wooOOooww!!

When talking primitive slop and killer 2-siders, look now further than Enchanted Forist!
Hung On U is plain scary. They sound like pissed off zombies high on Rohypnol.
It Don't Mean A Thing Anymore is moody folkrock ready to jump off a cliff.

Compare the sound from BH's rip to the one on Ya Gotta Have Moxie vol. 2...it'll tickle ya, I tell ya..
