The first LPs I remember well, because it was a LOT of money for an 11 year old:

1. Beatles- Revolver
2. Beatles- White Album
3. Byrds- The Original Singles 1965-1967

Still essential to me.
It wasn't until MUCH later that I grasped the meaning of 45s...
