The title of the song recorded by the Society came to mind, and is quite apropos to headline this thread, which we can all partake of every so often.
Feel free to post your most absurd listing finds on the monopolistic website, pertaining to our website focus - "zooming in on '60s garage sounds". We all come across 45s hyped as 'garage', peppered with keywords to bring attention to that listing. You know, 45s offered for bid / sale which are either borderline representatives of the sub-genre tag (for a completist only), or worse - outright misrepresentation of the garage tag, whether intentional done, or not.

This is a song poem thing - the address is the for the writer, I think the recordings were done by Bob Quimby operation (Tropical records). It has elements of 'garage' but the lyrics (clearly written by a older 'square') and the vocals take it on a one way trip to Lamesville. You can find this for <$10 if you really need it.
There was a different Silver label based out of a small town near Akron, OH that has some good country records on it.

Yes, the Tammie Johns record was a song-poem, and is was definitely cut at Quimby's place, just a few miles from where I'm living now. Tammie (a male) was the lead singer of the Brewed, who recorded on Tropical and Atlantic.

Whatever you wanna call it, 'Let Me' is a *huge* late-era Paul Revere favourite!
In fact, I dig the entire Alias Pink Puzz LP. Well, almost all of it...

Well, thanks for the tip! I've totally slept on later era Raiders. This was great and now purchased.
